Ross is the oldest of three children, with two younger sisters.  Ross's parents always supported him in every way while growing up - whether it was his school, learning to play a musical instrument (piano, violin, or trumpet), or having a paper route (or two!).  Ross and his sisters grew up surrounded by many children their own age, a variety of pets, and an extended network of family and friends.  Ross also had the privilege to travel overseas several times and even spent a wonderful year in Chile as a high school exchange student, which influenced his life in countless ways. 

Ross's parents always taught their children the importance of being respectful and caring for others, regardless of their differences. 

Ross works in Human Resources and finds his work to be both personally and professionally rewarding.  Ross enjoys gardening, cooking, learning about other cultures, and volunteers for a student foreign exchange organization.
